This was a good read, I’m currently in the process of building back-links to my site. Are you sure that Bing(MSN) uses back-links to rank website, because currently I rank 4 on Bing and 70 on Google.

Yes, Bing does use backlinks to rank sites. But Bing also gives more weight to new websites.
