Recently I found a new SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Tool, the TouchGraph Google Browser. It reveals the network of connectivity between websites, as reported by Google’s database of related sites.
You can use this free Java application to explore the connections between related websites and quickly find relations that were not obvious before.
Here is an example:
You can see the TouchGraph results for the keyword “link building”, which happens to be one of the keywords that I want to rank for, and which happens to have a lot of competition. The Touch Graph application revealed to me that several of the results that appear on page 1 in Google have a link from a certain page on searchenginewatch.com.
I quickly headed over to that page and left a comment there. Bingo, one step forward regard my link building campaign.

Wow that is pretty cool. I think it will take a while to figure exactly how to use it but it looks pretty powerful.

Oh wow. This is pretty cool. Its interesting to see which sites are linking to you on a graphical interface. I think the tool’s most powerful use is to see which sites are linking to your top SEO competitors. Using the tool, you can scout for new venues that link to your competition, but that also might be interested in linking to you.

Thanks for the share. I’d proobably give this a try to help me work more efficiently.
I will give it a go and I think the tool’s most powerful use is to see which sites are linking to your top SEO competitors. Thanks for the share
HI,
Well i think link building is not so easy task because it needs lots of efforts. TouchGraph is really an interesting thing because i haven’t heard about the tool. Anyways keep it up and keep continue with your valuable thoughts.
This seems like it could be a very confusing tool. Not a bad idea for finding relevant links though. Competitor research may prove more beneficial then this and less confusing.
This is an awesome tool and i have never heard of it. I just used it for my name and it is such a great visualization of the “web”. There is another Bill Wynne out there on page one of Google with me and this shows me where he is posted. Cool! Thanks and I need to post this on my blog.
Thanks HP Jeschke

I’m not sure how useful this tool really is, surely your better off running your competitor sites through a link checker and targeting your competitors that way? I suppose this might help you find some competitors that you weren’t aware of. I’m going to keep digging to see what I can find to use it for
The useful thing about this tool is that it groups data, giving you a better idea of which links would be useful for catching up with competitors. It can also have wider benefits, giving you an idea of which communities competitors are actively involved in.
Thanks for sharing this tool. I’ll add this to my arsenal of SEO tools. This could help me on my search engine optimization consulting services. I’ll trackback this on my blog.
